Return Policy 6.1.23

Team Connection wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Should you need to return or exchange an item please see our return policy.



Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible for return:

  • Current year core team products that are in new condition, unworn, unwashed and have original tags and packaging. *Core team products are items featured in our Team Connection catalogs and on our website.



Ineligible for return:

  •  Specialty items or items not in our Team Connection core team product catalogs
  •  Custom uniforms and decorated items (screen printed, heat pressed or embroidered)
  •  Closeout or discontinued items


How to request a return authorization:

All returns require a return authorization number (RA#). Packages returned without a RA will be returned to the sender at sender’s expense.

Please have your order number and reason for the return ready.



Merchandise must be placed inside a shipping box or bag. Please remove or cover all old shipping labels. Shoe boxes must be placed in a shipping box.


The RA# must be written on the outside of the box and merchandise must be shipped by a traceable method (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS) Please remove or cover all old shipping labels.


The authorized return must be shipped within 14 days of the return authorization issue date; otherwise the return will not be eligible for credit.

Customer is responsible for shipping cost to return items unless merchandise is deemed defective or it was shipped incorrectly.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the time your return is received for your credit to be processed.
