We do not have minimums on most items and we offer quantity discounts. Most custom/sublimated apparel does have minimum requirements. Ask your sales rep for details.

Customized orders:
Typical processing time is 2-3 weeks for customized orders. When you place your order online you will be given estimated ship date. If you need your customized order sooner than the date provide online contact our customer service department.
Customization cost is based on the number of colors or stitch count in your design/logo and the quantity of products being customized. Customization pricing will be calculated as your build your order online.
Yes we offer our Price Match Promise. If you find a lower price on the same item please send the link to that product or send a copy of your quote to your sales rep. We will match or beat that price. *Discontinued items or special order items may be excluded

Shipping is based on the weight of your package, size of package and your shipping location. Shipping will be calculated when you place your order online. Team Connection and our vendor partners ship majority of orders with Fed Ex or UPS
Call, Email or Chat with our customer service team and we can provide quote to upgrade your shipping. Please note that upgrading shipping does not affect manufacturer processing time. It will still take 2-3 days for your order to process before it ships.
