Key Account Representative

This role will lead the capture and growth of key accounts by understanding needs, requirements, buying habits, the marketplace, and our products combined with the ability to build and maximize successful relationships with coaches and club directors. Successful candidates will ideally have expertise in volleyball or tennis or other sports. Your compensation is directly tied to your success in growing accounts.
 

Job Requirements

  • Two years of work experience, preferably in sales and/or account management
  • Background in sports as athlete, coach, or enthusiast with the ability to connect with teams, anticipate their needs, and fulfill their requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals and exceed targets
  • Self starter with sports knowledge and/or expertise
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Commitment to teamwork and ability to work with all Team Connection staff and capabilities in order to leverage expertise, technology tools, and infrastructure on behalf of customers
  • Ability to expertly represent leading product providers and capabilities such as customization
  • Strong customer service experience and commitment

Inside Sales Representative

  • You will be handling in bound and making outbound calls to customers. Our marketing department provides thousands of customers who are interested in learning more about TC.
  • You must operate with a keen sense of urgency. Speed is of the essence and we seek to surprise our customers with our eagerness to be of service.

Support Staff Representative

As a support staff representative, your primary responsibilities will include order entry, streamlining the order through each step of the process, and growing the Team Connection brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for athletics and a task oriented/efficiency driven mindset. This role requires an energetic, efficient, focused, process-driven and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. This is a role with tremendous opportunity for growth and upward mobility, and the candidate will have numerous opportunities to thrive as they lead the company into new and developing markets.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Order entry responsibilities for our sales staff
  • Provide customer with accurate updates on the status of their order
  • Process customized orders and communicate art instructions to customization department
  • Maintain regular contact with sales reps to keep up to date on their orders

 
Qualifications:

  • Extraordinary organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to multi task and work in fast paced environment.
  • Clerical experience a plus.
  • Passion for athletics and providing the highest level of customer care.

Associate Inventory Manager

This multifaceted role includes: analyzing in-season selling data, creating and working with the product team to create action plans needed to positively influence the business, preventing excess inventory, working to liquidate distressed inventory, managing the product calendar, product liaison to marketing and sales, and will be a member of the buying and forecasting team. Weekly reporting on key metrics.

 
Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, sales, fashion, marketing or related field
  • Demonstrated level of excellence
  • Self Starter with critical decision making skills
  • Advanced proficiency in excel, creating spreadsheets, complex formulas.
  • Ability to create monthly reports and track all aspects of business relative to products
  • Strong communication and ability to influence others
  • Experience in understanding customers, competitors, and athletic trends
  • Ability to use sales and financial data to make decisions
  • Ability to develop and recommend seasonal plans
  • Strong team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of business

Warehouse Associate

As a warehouse associate, your primary responsibilities will include shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and overall cleanliness of the warehouse. You will work closely with the operational team to ensure product flow is efficiently maximized. You will be responsible with ensuring that correct product is received in and shipped out to our customers. This is a valuable position within our team and requires an energetic, process-driven, and detail oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

 
Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred
  • Excellent academic record
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to organize thoughts and project details under time restraints

Outside Sales Position

If you have a passion for sports and have the ability to connect with coaches and potential customers, Team Connection has amazing opportunities for growth that are tied directly to your initiative and success. We’re athletes and seek the exceptional, the motivated and the innovative to join our dynamic team.

 
Overview

The outside sales team allows coaches and teachers the opportunity to be an extension of our inside sales team by networking with colleagues and potential customers. We currently work with all the major name brands and have a wide range of customization capabilities that we produce in-house. The role would allow you to work closely with schools, teams and businesses to offer custom name brand apparel.

 
Flexibility & Supplemental Income

The position is very flexible and a great way to supplement your current income through a commission based structure. There are full time and part time positions available throughout the country.
