2008 Early Commitment Program

Objective

Start Early, Secure Product, Receive free tees or water bottles
In an effort to meet your club's volleyball uniform needs for the upcoming season we are offering the Early Commitment Program now through October 17, 2008. The key to a successful and on-time delivery of your order is reserving your product 2-3 months before you need it.

The Early Commitment Program allows us to protect your inventory while offering you an extra incentive. To qualify, you must have 3 or more products in your team package and your order total must be $5000 or more. See details below.

Here's how it works:

1) Design your club package
Select your package items including: brand(s), style(s), color(s) and approximate quantities by October 17, 2008. We will use your club's order history to determine the sizes to reserve. Your commitment order must be submitted on our Team Connection worksheet. *We will reserve an extra 10% in each size as margin of error. If you are a new club we will help you determine appropriate sizes.

*Please note that if the actual order is significantly less than the commitment order you may be charged a re-stock fee for merchandise not purchased.

2) Secure with a deposit
Along with the product commitment, we will need a 25% deposit of the order total by October 17, 2008. Example: A $10,000 order will require a $2500 deposit. This allows us to make the inventory commitment for your club and reserve the product. The balance of the order is due when placing your actual order.

3) Receive 1 free custom t-shirt or 1 free custom water bottle for each package ordered
If we receive your commitment order and deposit by October 17, 2008, Team Connection will provide a free custom white short sleeve t-shirt or custom water bottle for every package that you order. Choose from our t-shirt designs or we will print your club's design. Limit of 2 print colors and 1 print location. T-shirts have the Team Connection logo on sleeve. Additional t-shirts can be ordered for staff or parents for $4.00 each. You may substitute colored tees for free white tees for $3.50 each (print included).

Free custom water bottles include 1 color print and 1 print location.

Allow 3 weeks for delivery after actual order is placed and balance is paid in full.

Samples

Samples for sizing are available for purchase with a credit card. Samples may be returned for credit by obtaining a Return Authorization number from a Team Connection representative.

Final Order

Once final order is ready, please fill out and submit the Team Connection final worksheet with exact sizes and totals. We will then modify the order that has been reserved for you and ship to your desired address. If we are customizing your order please fill out the customization worksheet and submit to your representative.

The remaining balance will be due at this time. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery of non-customized orders and 3-4 weeks for delivery of screen-printed/embroidered orders. Please note that changes or additions after the final order has been submitted order will delay the order.
