We do not have minimums and you can get our low team price no matter how many you order. We do offer even deeper discounts the more you order!
2) How does the product fit?
One of the hardest questions we receive is always about a product's fit. Our best solution- We can order samples to fit the team! We do have a sizing chart for most vendors on each product page (located in the sizes section) but we understand that every product and brand fits differently.
3) Do you customize? What is the difference between screening and embroidery? Cost for customization?
Yes, we customize! Screen-printing is a process that transfers ink through a screen with a custom design on to a garment. The cost varies greatly depending on the number of colors in the design as well as the quantity ordered. Embroidery uses thread to stitch on your design. This is better for smaller designs and most commonly used on polos, warm-ups, bags, hats, etc. The cost for embroidery is determined by the number of stitches, but you can estimate $6 per item on a left-chest-size logo. More colors generally do not increase the price for embroidery. There is usually a $30 one-time set-up fee for embroidery.
4) Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes we do, however, we do need a faxed, emailed, or mailed copy of the original purchase order. This should include a school letter head, the PO number, and approval signatures. We are now accepting purchase orders for online orders. You can upload your purchase order online and place your entire order through our website.
5) What are the benefits of joining TC Club?
TC Club offers an exclusive place for coaches to view team pricing online, to receive special promotions via email, and to be the first to know about new products for the spring, fall, and club seasons. Plus, it's free to join!
6) Do I have to be a coach to join TC Club?
TC Club is specifically designed for coaches and provides extra benefits besides uniforms. However, if your team coach does not want to be responsible for the ordering process, you are welcome to sign up as a team parent, manager, or captain. *Please keep in mind that some product may have to be shipped directly to your school address.
7) Can I check status of my order online?
At this time, no, we do not have the capability to check order status online. With the new web design in the works, we will eventually have the technology to do that. For any online order, you will receive a confirmation email. If product is coming from our warehouse, you will be emailed tracking information, but if any product is shipping from our vendors, we do not currently have a way to track that shipment.
