I. Qualifying Speedo Teams:

• Team must purchase a minimum of 18 Speedo suits at regular team price for regular team outfitting.
• Suits must be purchased from an official NISCA/Speedo Team Dealer.

II. Promotional Benefits (Coach Reward):

• Choice of 2 polo shirts and a briefcase (Does not include customization) OR
• Additional 5% off entire team order (Speedo products only).

III. Team Promotional Benefits:

• 20% discount off regular team price on Speedo warm-up or Speedo parka (minimum order 12 pieces)
• 20% discount off regular team price on championship meet suits (championship meets include league, conference, district, sectional or state).
• 20% discount off regular team price on Speedo training paddles, training fins, hip rotator, kickboards, and pull buoys.

Top Length of Agreement: 2 Years
Each year during the term of this agreement, Speedo will provide the following promotional support for you and your team.

Senior Nationals
Each swimmer competing in the USA Swimming Senior Nationals will receive a racing suit of their choice for both Spring and Summer Nationals. Each swimmer may choose between an Aquablade or FSII competition suit in any style/silhouette offered.

Conference Championships
Buy two (1) Aquablade suits or FSII suits at regular team price and get one comparable suit FREE.

Dual Meet Season

• Buy three (3) team warm-ups and duffel bags and get one free.
• Qualified purchases to be made through designated Speedo team dealer.

Coaches Outfitting

• Four (4) coaches shirts per year.
• When team is purchasing bags and warm-ups, coach receives one free bag and warm up in the first year of the agreement.

Team and Coaches Responsibilities to Speedo
You and your team agree to do the following:

• Exclusively purchase Speedo team suits through an authorized Speedo Team Dealer for Dual Meet Season.
• Use Speedo for all your team outfitting and equipment needs whenever possible, including bags, warm-ups, coaches outfitting and training accessories.
• Use Speedo swim caps purchased through your team dealer for your team swim cap.
• As a Speedo team, we encourage you to highlight the Speedo product line during team sponsored events (meets, clinics, camps, etc.) by inviting only authorized Speedo dealers that carry the Speedo line to sell at these events. (We recommend that 75% of product they bring to your events is Speedo to maximize the sales opportunity). They may also sell other products too.
• Place Speedo signage at meets your club hosts whenever possible.

Top I. Conditions:
The team agrees to the following:

• Ensure that Speedo (WSI) brand products will be the official team suit, cap, bag, warm-up, and apparel of the Team and all Team members will be encouraged to only use Speedo products wherever and whenever possible.
• Ensure a min of 50% if the team purchase warm-ups & bags and 90% purchase the team swimsuit (Fastskin & FSII are not considered team swimsuits).
• Use Speedo swim caps purchased through your team dealer for your team swim cap.
• As a Speedo team, we encourage you to highlight Speedo products during team- sponsored events ( meets, clinics etc.) by inviting only authorized Speedo dealers to sell product (80% if the merchandise must be Speedo). The team's designated Speedo Team dealer should have the first right of refusal to sell at these events.
• To provide sponsor recognition for Speedo in any learn to swim or outreach programs conducted by the team.
• Hang Speedo banners at each Team facility
• Provide Speedo with a heat sheet ad at each meet hosted by the team
• Advise Speedo of any promotional opportunities that may arise and will work together with Speedo to maximize Speedo's exposure and strengthen its link to the Team
• To sign a four year agreement (September 1-August 31)

II. Incentives:
Coaching Staff Outfitting

• 2 Speedo polo shirts per coach per year
• Speedo will provide Team with a mutually agreed upon Speedo allowance (valued at Team Dealer pricing) to outfit coaches.
• All team coaching and pool management staff may participate in the Speedo instructor discount program (20% discount at select Speedo dealers) as applied to regular Speedo products only.

National Meet Support

• USA Swimming Senior National Championships
• Swimmers competing in the Spring and Summer USA Swimming National Championships will receive a free Championship racing suit of their choice
• Each first time participant will receive the Championship Meet Outfitting and then receive replacements as needed. This can consist of warm-ups, bags, shorts, hats, shoes, or t-shirts.

USA Swimming Long Course and NCSA Spring Junior National Championships

• Swimmers competing in the USA Swimming Long Course Junior Nationals will receive a free Championship racing suit of their choice.
• Each first time participant is eligible for Free warm-up and bag if team is purchasing Speedo warm-ups and bags as official team uniform. Warm-ups to be replaced as needed. Bags to be replaced every two years.

US OPEN

• Swimmers competing in the U.S. Open will receive a free Championship racing suit of their choice

Sectional Meet Participants Discount

• 25% discount on Championship suits
• 25% discount on Speedo merchandise specifically for Sectional Meet outfitting

III. Team Support:

• 20% off designated team warm-ups and duffel bags
• Speedo will provide one vinyl print team banner
• Team Speedo athlete autograph items to be provided for promotional use as mutually agreed upon by Team and Speedo
• Free poster for each participant in summer club clinics or pre team programs

• Swimmers competing in the Spring and Summer Nationals will receive a free parka when they are a first time qualifier.
• Swimmers competing at Spring and Summer Senior Nationals will receive one team Short and t- shirt per contract year.
• Swimmers competing at Spring or Summer Senior Nationals will receive one pair of pool shoes per contract year.

USA Swimming Long Course Junior Nationals Championships

• Swimmers competing in the USA Swimming Long Course Junior Nationals will receive a free Championship racing suit of their choice.
• Each first time participant is eligible for Free warm-up and bag if team is purchasing Speedo warm-ups and bags as official team uniform. Warm-ups to be replaced as needed. Bags to be replaced every two years.

YMCA National Participants Outfitting

• One free Aquablade suit or 50% off FSII for Spring YMCA Nationals
• Teams purchasing Speedo warm-ups and bags will receive a Speedo logo T-shirt and short for each participant for Spring YMCA Nationals

US OPEN

• Swimmers competing in the U.S. Open will receive a free Championship racing suit of their choice.

Sectional Meet Participant Discount

• 25% discount on Championship suits.
