Product Return Policies: Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the day it was received. The merchandise must be returned in new condition, unworn and unwashed with orginal tags and packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for the merchandise being returned and replacement items. Before returning items, please contact Team Connection to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return merchandise via FedEx or UPS with a valid tracking number to: Defective Merchandise: All merchandise thought to be defective must also have a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us to explain the problem and we will issue an RA. Customer will not be billed for shipping charges on defective replacement items. |
